Timeless form. Multi-use.
From our first prototyping explorations, quality design and environmental responsibility have remained core values in the production of the patented Signature Kettle. Engineered for performance, with no forever chemicals, no microplastics, no electrical cord, the 4mm cast iron wall is the precise thickness for the kettle to heat quickly, distribute heat evenly, and retain its heat if removed from the stovetop.
The Signature Kettle is our debut product. As we continue to develop the product line, Cook’s Kettle is focused not only on the metallurgical properties defining cookware performance but also the values defining the culture of cooking today, developing new globally inspired recipes, finding ways to reduce kitchen waste, and promising no forever chemicals in our cookware, ever. As part of this global view, Cook’s Kettle pledges to donate a portion of every sale to the global nonprofit, Pure Earth, supporting its mission to eliminate contaminants in metallic cookware in developing countries.
PRODUCT PROTOTYPE AND COOKING METHODS
Kettle Chicken & Vegetables au Jus
If you like the option to serve the roast au jus (with the juice), the tapered bottom of the kettle keeps moisture from evaporating, maximizing the drippings. Enjoy thickened into gravy directly from the oven to the stovetop, added to a roux for a rich and creamy pasta, or served in a bowl on the side.
County Fair Kettle Corn
Hay rides, ferris wheels, and the candied aroma of fresh kettle corn. If you have a hankering, no need to wait for the fair, the all-season recipe is here and it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1) Add oil and kernels to make popcorn.
2) Reduce heat, add sugar, and stir to caramelize.
3) Empty contents, salt to taste, allow to cool.
In under 10 minutes it's done! Induction, electric, gas compatible. Kettle Corn can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
